FAQ

Substitutes and Changes:
Life happens, and we get it! If you're unable to make it, you can send a substitute in your place. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the event with the name and contact information of the substitute.

What to Bring:
Comfortable Gym Attire: Wear clothing suitable for a high-intensity workout.
Athletic Shoes: Ensure you have proper footwear for the activities.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the competition.
Personal Equipment: Bring any necessary gear you prefer for workouts (e.g., wrist wraps, knee sleeves).
What Not to Bring: Outside Gym Gear. To maintain a level playing field, please refrain from bringing personal workout equipment beyond what is necessary for your comfort.

Parking Information:
Free parking is available in the housing estates opposite the gym. The local carparks are limited to 2 hours.
